AU55, TPG will probably grade AU58 because of luster. You really need to post bigger pictures.

If you took the pic straight on instead of an angle it would help a great deal.

The larger pictures confirm significant wear on the obverse. I stand by my original grading,
AU 55 but a TPG would probably bump it to AU58 for luster.

I think you are correct it would be in the AU range there is to much wear one the obverse to get it a MS grade. The only wear allowed for MSGrade coins is slight bag marks. it has enough luster however the wear on the obverse takes it out. If you had a little better pic straight on those details may be there, but that is a great coin.
