I totally despise when ppl do that. I've seen so many like this that I'm tempted to bring a mini chisel and hammer with me.

I went back to a 7/11 where a clerk glued coins at the entrance. I removed them with a hammer and chisel. They could have been a trip hazard, did 7/11 a favor.....
