Thinking outside the box (no pun intended) a little here. I'm constantly thinking of alternative outlets for my zincs. I came across this and thought this would be very cool. Has anybody here tiled their floor in pennies? It looks extremely labor intensive but I can picture this hardwood floor covered in pennies. Found a few links out there. This one is kind of cool

Here is a little business idea for anyone who feels entrepreneurish.
Fabricate floor tiles made out of all the new shiny zincs we all get, make a bunch, start testing them, mix better coins in if people want to pay for it, etc. start selling en-mass within a year or two.

They'd be quick and easy to make with mesh backing. All you'd need is a square of aluminum plate with penny recesses milled into it. Slide pennies across until all the holes are filled, and then slap a piece of adhesive mesh over the top.
