Silver/Gold Price Vs Continuing Resolution Vote DeadLine

Here is the Theory.

Prices of gold and Silver Raise 4 weeks before the Continuing Resolution Vote

I would like to buy(4 weeks before the deadline) and sell 1 day before the deadline.

Since we have not had a budget approved for 850 days now.
I am wondering if I did this for every Continuing Resolution Vote,
What my return would be on average per vote.

I do not know the dates of all the Continuing Resolution Votes, So I am unable to figure this out.

Thanks
