Wow - I guess the drug markets aren't so good right now, with the land border pretty well sealed and the US Navy / Coast Guard increasing the surveillance of the waters, so I guess the drug loads have turned back to just plain robbery? Crime is crime I guess; if drugs and human trafficking don't work - just shift your resources to another crime? Still, that was pretty brazen, and now they have to refine it or find a refiner to take it.
