Its my standard line whenever I am in the bank... today I asked, and the teller said, yes, I have 3...I said Ill take them, then realized I only had one dollar in cash... I hesitated, he had them in his hand... I could see one of the three was different than the other two... Ill take two of them I said... he put two on the counter and I handed him the dollar bill. I casually walked to the car.. once inside the car I slowly opened my hand... BAM! a nice 1964 Kennedy! Score!

Nice score on that Kennedy half. A few weeks ago I stopped in at a branch after work and asked for halves. The teller only had two and didn't think I would want them because they were so ugly. They were completely blackened and looked like they survived a fire. The dates? 1964 and 1967. I exchanged a dollar bill for those ugly things.

Now all you have to do is "score" a few thousand more times and you're rich!
It's fun to find any 90% coin in your change today, but these days it's rare.
It's not worth the time and effort searching boxes anymore. Even most of the Cu pennies have been diluted and culled out.
Better to spend the time stocking up on water, food and ammo.
Time is precious, stop wasting it.
