When were CU cents under 2x parity?

Simple question: When was the last time that copper cents were UNDER 2x parity? And a follow-up: Was there a time they ever reached 3x? It seems like that happened briefly, but I cannot remember for sure.

The spot prices you would need to see 2x face and 3x face are $3.07 and $4.61 respectively.
These are approximates time frames, but it looks like somewhere around October 2011 was the most recent time near $3.07 and somewhere around January 2011 was the most recent time near $4.61.
