I found what I thought was a 1943 copper but it's just rusty

Ahh...the highs and lows of penny sorting :)

Hello, I just noticed you were from Oklahoma too... Boomer Sooner!!! :D
Keep sorting ... eventually you will find a really good one in the wild... I have found 4 or 5 now....
although if it had been a 1943 copper that you found,,, even better of course. ;)
