6 or 7 boxes so far. Haven't seen one yet. When do they start popping up?

Where I'm located the new cents usually don't appear until around the end of the 1st quarter.
....not a fortunate son.

I tried a couple banks and a fast food joint today. First I'd asked for 'em. Nothing yet, but I hope to find one in January at least.

There is a thread from 2011 In the tracking section that reports the first penny of that year being found Feb 6th. Maybe we'll start seeing the 2012's around the beginning of February this year too. But then again maybe the mint over-produced in 2011 and has a surplus of those to distribute to meet current demand.
