I love the morons who decided to leave comments under the article. There are people out there that do not believe that you can find a coin older than 100 years in circulation. LOL! These people have never purchased a box of pennies from a bank and looked. I am so glad that the masses are truly clueless. It will take me less time to take over the world! LOL!
If they give you lined paper, write the other way....

To be fair, anything over 100 years old is quite rare... but yes, you can find one every once in while.
267,500 pennies and 186,000 nickels searched. Hand sorter.
