It might be a sorter. I have several pre-crimped rolls that have a bank name and other things and I'm sure others do as well.

In that same batch of 80 rolls there was a pre-crimped dime wrapper filled with pennies inside a pre-crimped penny roll. Had 50 in it, just funny looking.
