I perfer earthworms. I don't chew em....that's nasty  Learned that when I was in the Army. I had an old Sgt. that would eat about anything that moved. Cooking bugs sounds so much better than eating them raw.

I do it all the time, as I've written here before. Learned to do it in AF SERE training.

If a grasshopper lands on me, he is eaten.

They taste like grass. Earthworms taste like dirt. I recommend chewing them. If you swallow them whole some insects try to crawl back up.

Do not eat anything with more that 6 legs, flies or roaches.

Just get over the aversion, It's a great survival skill.
If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains but do not have love I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it profits me nothing.

I'd rather eat grass than grasshoppers. I'll stick to being a vegetarian thank-you.

Lizards seem like they would taste pretty good after a bit of a roasting ;)
