I've just read from two sources today Pre- '21 Morgans in MS grade (certainly these are not common Morgans) are down about 20%+ from the start of the year. Now I realize there is a big different between MS65 and what you can get for common Morgan at $20 but, this drop in value seems to involve more than just the decrease in price of silver. I now wonder if other quality numismatic coins are dropping in value at this time, indicating a cyclic change in the weather or if this is just a Morgan thing?
Anyone have more insight than I is encouraged to submit.

Definitely cyclic, not necessarily
predictable:
From hence ye beauties undeceived, know one false step is ne'er retrieved
and be with caution bold.
Not all that tempts your wandering eyes and heedless hearts is lawful prize,
nor all that glistens gold.
