I haven't posted much for a few years. Here is some recent activity...

Early last week I got $210 in halves with no silver coins.

On 5/21/25 (W) I got $80 face value in halves and found 20 of the 40%ers! Best find since 9/21/23. This was like finding over $80 in cash.

In addition I got 154 Ike dollars the same day. I have a friend who gives me $1.15 for ave. circ. Ikes so that was like finding another $23.10 in addition to the silver above.

Not too shabby.

So, even though Wednesday was like finding over $100 in cash, it takes a lot less time and effort to find $100 gifts in the stock market. Therefore, I don't go driving all around town like I did in the late 2000's. 2004 to 2010 was an absolute bonanza for me as 1 in every 50.9 halves looked at was silver.

Another note. My spreadsheet (which goes back to 2004) has about $99,500 face value in halves searched. When I pass $100k, I plan on providing more details on my last 20+ years of searching for silver. Stay tuned. It might be a few months.

It shouldn't take a few months. Just order a $500 box today or tomorrow and you will instantly hit the 100k milestone.

Then if you are still a few rolls short of 100 k, then buy the nearest junk to reach the threshold. You can then move forward.

$250 in casino quarters yielded just a 2019 Panamanian ¼ balboa.

The only 2025 was a D-mint Ida Wells. Not many 2024's either.

Stopped at three banks today. First one had six dollars in loose halves. All junk.

Five banks today: first one had 23 dollars in halves - all junk. They did have 7 Ike dollars which I bought.

Friday's box of halves yielded...2 x 64 , 1 x 66, and 1 x 67!!! Plus 1 x 1984 "S" and 1 x 1987 "S".
