No, they will all get specific end times. The mods manually assign them to time slots.

Yes. Per the section header:

"IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TEN POSTS IN OTHER FORUMS BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO POST HERE."

This is a test post, I changed my settings to DST and also to EST to see if my post time lines up with KSA end time.
