Extremely Important change to Califorina Pubic Education

We all know Californians can read and write at an appropriate undergraduate level. But no one knows about aids, abortions, teen pregnancy and LGBT nonsense. This is a very important step to make sure we compete on a global scale.
All this is now MANDATORY.
Despite all this, it is expressly illegal to teach a kid abstinence only in a pubic school (which is actually THE only way to prevent these problems)

Can we just sink the whole damn place into the Pacific? Sell the desert ports to China.
