A local gas station started giving dollar coins in change. Love the “change” from the norm, I think I’ll start spending some clad halves there too.

That's cool. I hope it turns into a trend.

Yep. People love to get $2 bills, small dollar coins and half dollars. Think that they ate rare. Good thinking on this business to stand out from the rest

I routinely put $2 bills into circulation and I use clad halves at stores, garage sales and flea markets. Some people are pleased to get them while others don't care. A few people actually get confused when I hand them a half dollar

Amazing to think about this. When it happens to me, I just tell them to turn it over and they will see where it says “half dollar.”

$2 bills at the strip club. Good business decision.

That's odd, because they tossed me out when I cracked open a roll of Rutherford B. Hayes dollars.
