Was looking through my wallet and found a 1977 $20 dollar bill.
Is this rare, or does anyone no a value is it just face.

We got some 1934 notes and they are worth face too.

I would not be so sure about that. A friend of mine found a 1928 Federal Reserve Note in circulation the other day. It was redeemable in gold, but not a gold certificate. Despite being pretty worn, it sold on eBay for $32.00. After fees, the profit was about $9.00, but still profit.

It is not rare but if its in near-perfect condition it would be worth something to a note collector, its just a matter of finding that person since they are fewer in number than coin collectors.
