Picked up a bag of halves from my local bank on Friday 10-22. Turned out to be an awesome bag. 57-90 pct, 13-40 pct and 12-NIFC including 7-2021P.

Breakdown is:
16-WL
16-Ben
25-64 Kennedy

The Walkers were all 1944. 7-P, 7-D, and 2-S Strange!

This is the 2nd best bag I have ever gotten, it was fun to find so much silver.

As I look through my Excel spreadsheet on details of my half dollar finds, I’m finding that a number of the banks where I did really well have been closed for a while. Many even closed BEFORE COVID became a thing.

My original pick up branch closed due to COVID, and then the other branch that I was picking up at decided to start charging me for boxes (coin shortage?). The other banks in my neck of the woods wanted to charge me annual fees for opening an account and then charge me for boxes. So it took a little time to find one that didn't have extra fees.

Bought $7.50 in loose halves yesterday and found three 40%ers and one 90 percent (1964).
