I have a good bit of sterling silver flatware. Its Towle French Provincial, a pretty nice design. Decently worn and some tarnishing but very serviceable.

Not much interest on eBay.

Should I just send to a refiner? Any recommendations?

I know of several dealers that would buy it. Hopefully it is sterling silver (92.5%) and not silverplate. But they would likely only buy for silver and not pay any premium for the manufacturer name.

And weighted handles they don't like.

There are a number of silver pattern matching services. One I have used in the past (to match a stainless pattern) is Silver Queen - link below. No idea what kind of price they pay, but they've been around for decades, so I presume they are still reputable. My mom had her own silverplate pattern matching side business in the 90s and Silver Queen was the big dog in her hustle.
