Even I was looking for this since a long time , finally I got it but still I am not satisfied by the price. According to me the price is little bit high as someone suggested me that you will get it around $20, so how come so much difference.

Because it's a 1oz .999 round, it's typical to have a price of spot+small premium. Currently, silver is over $22/oz.
