Agree this really threw me off at the start. There is no coin to align on the submission. And in my account it bounces me to normal 1983 cents, which is not accurate.

It would be great to have them track how many exist. PCGS's site isn't perfect. They also aren't up-to-date on modern peace/morgans yet and others beyond 2020.

Congratulations! That is awesome!

I spent all day going thru a bucket of coppers looking for one of those along with other errors. No luck today, but I have a big supply to go thru.

Absolutely awesome man! Congrats and great to know one of us got one. Geesh I've got a good part of my copper stash from doing some trades with you back in the day, makes me want to crack open all my copper boxes and get to searching...

I mean eventually it will likely get sold. Right now just enjoying it in the collection.

Braved taking it to a coin show. It did not get the wow response I expected. People were like meh. I was surprised to say the least.

Isn't this currently more rare than a bronze 1943, or a steel 1944? I'm surprised people weren't more excited to be able to hold/see something they will likely never be able to again.

Once in a life-time type coin.

Jaded coin dealers.

Disinterest is their default expression. I suspect when Ken Potter does your interview they'll change their tune.

In my experience, a typical coin dealer reaction: "My coins are great, your coins are meh"... no matter what it is.

Screw coin dealers. When you're ready take it to one of the big auction houses.
