i like collecting copper pennies because i set up a drawer @ the restaurant i work for and i get a nice handfull every time i get new change, which is a lot more than i can say for silver.

Newer to the forum than the hobby, but I found this very informative. Thanks to all who contributed and look forward to countless more info being absorbed through my computer screen.

I use to do that when I worked near a cashier, found some good stuff that way. more buffalo nickles then indian heads or anything

I've been keeping my pre 82's, but am not expecting them to be able to be melted in my lifetime. That would imply logic being used, lol!
