I got a nice 2005 silver proof set from Michael. Priced well, packaged well, and he even called. In our conversation, I told him it was a Christmas present, to which he replied that he hopes Sarah likes it. Knew her name. I've talked about my girls before, but he remembered. That's a guy who treats his customers like people. We need more of those.

I sold a bunch of scrap sterling to MH. He called to explain the break down of my lot and he was very fast to send me my check. Will definitely send him more scrap in the future.
