One of the keys to growing the viability of this niche market is to help our own members find out with whom they could feasibly pursue local deals. The following will be a new thread dedicated to providing this resource, if you, the membership, will support it by giving the most basic information.
We all understand, or at least I hope we do, the very nature of our business means we don't want people to know our exact location. So let's not make it that specific. List your STATE, and if you feel comfortable, your ZIP CODE. I will compile those in this top post.
To see who might be close enough to deal with, simply do a Google search with both trading parties' zip codes, such as "60606 to 45208" and Google immediately provides the distance and driving time between those two zip codes. This will help be a little more specific, while still allowing for a bit of privacy. You may even wish to use a neighboring code, if that helps you feel a little more secure.
