BACK UP! Server Upgrade - Site May Go Down Temporarily

Realcent will be moving to a new hosting account sometime in the next day or two. The board may be disabled for a short time while we back up and move the database, and may be unavailable for a few hours after the move to the new hosting account. All accounts and posts will be preserved.

The new hosting account should mean better performance for the forum, and there are some additional improvements planned for after the move ;)

We will have temporary withdrawal :) but at least we'll know it is both a) for the best, and b) not a government mandated shutdown prior to confiscation of all our metal. ;)

I hit a couple snags, but as of 2:00 AM Eastern the board is back up and running. How quickly you are able to access the site again depends on when your ISP's DNS servers refresh.

Please let me know if you see anything out of place.

I plan to do a couple small things tomorrow night, but nothing that will take the board offline.
