One of the Dumbest Things I've Seen a Bank Do

Postby Recyclersteve » Thu Apr 02, 2020 11:51 pm

I stopped by a local bank in the last day or two and saw a very unusual sign on the front door. The sign said that if you were wearing a mask you could not go inside. So I could walk back to my car and put my mask inside. Then, turn around and walk into the bank. What the?

P.S. I wonder if they were simply afraid of a robber coming in wearing a mask...
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

Please note that ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- sometimes substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) as well.

Surprisingly it is illegal in many places to wear masks in public.
Google "illegal to wear mask in public".

I guess if they can ban guns, they can now ban anything they desire.
