Preparing a neighborhood

Step one: read jerry d young's story NEIGHBORS. This helps create ideas on organizing the hood.

step two: hold neighborhood watch meetings.

step three: organize emergency preparedness classes including cert.

step four: have neighbors offer one hour classes on canning candle making soap making and gardening, etc...

Step five: encourage everyone to get their water barrels from city for one dollar.

Egypt anyone? Neighbors have formed militias to protect themselves from the unrest and those who would take advantage.
