Does anyone know any info on these colourized coins?

I believe they're from a mint in the U.K., anyone have any intel on these?

Some people insist on doing weird stuff to perfectly good coins, RCM included. Royal Canadian Mint issued some colorized pennies but I don't think these are a Mint issue.

You own them or what is the story?
