Yep, that's the one. Anyone who likes Canada coinage should hit that link for a free copy.

The issue I have is March 12/March 25 (a bi-weekly), and it has the report of the '36 Dot cent on the cover.

Even the ads are informative. Way better than Numismatic News.

The back story is that the coin was stolen in 1964 and returned a short time later with the scratches in the right field. It's too bad...the damage looks deliberate.
