Good old days of the 2011 25th ASE set

Anyone remember how much fun that was flipping those sets? I was just checking out ebay and noticed that they are still rather strong in price.. Selling around 600.00 a set.. Usually these kind of sets drop like a rock after the newness wears off, looks like this set may have stood up to the test of time.

That was a pain in the butt to place an order for those. I was damn surprised when I received a confirmation email.

Did you keep any? I had 5, sold 4. The 4 that I sold paid for a nice Liberty safe. The whole deal worked out very well for me.

Yeah, that was a hella-sweet flip!!!!! I can't remember the exact details, but I know I made a boat load of dough. Bought the max to a handful of addresses and sold at a good time too. Big up to RealCent for the heads up on that one!!!!

I remember getting an email from blue moon coin offering over the issue price for these sets. I wanna say they were offering $250/ea. I thought to myself, "why would they offer more than issue price before it even comes out? What do they know about this one" So I said , screw their offer and bought 5. Sold 3, gave 1 as a gift and kept one, basically free. That was one of the better flipping opportunities in recent years. Those things were fetching $900+.
