They bother me because they are like stepping in gum sometimes, but, you're getting 2 bucks for a single!

Couple of notes. First, Littleton probably is generating a mailing list here. For possible leads, the $1 + shipping cost + misc. they pay (lose) in this transaction is cheap info to glean. Second, I bet that my state will charge sales tax on this if I ordered a $2 bill.

I almost am tempted to order one. Lol, this is kind of the stuff that some of those reddit mechanical turk fivers would snap up.

EDIT: I set up a checkout for the $2 bill. Yep, my state adds salestax on this. Incredible. This and Ebay salestax on coins is poking the bear.

A couple of teenagers in my area thought they were getting a great surprise gift from Littleton. Wow! I can get a $2 bill for only one dollar! ("I'm going to get as many as I can and make some great money.") The neighbors are already tired of the 12-15 year olds talking about their treasure trove of $2 notes going to fill their mailbox. They've slightly altered their first and last name, so to give the impression that many different people live in that particular house.

What they've already done is using their parent's $0.66 stamp to request more offers, so their actual "profit" is $0.34. I had to break the news to them several times and perhaps they've finally decided to try something else.

Nice try, but.....
