Coin has some stains from being in the ground but the details are there.

18 million mintage but Russian is hot right now. I'd say $15+, there is actually a much crappier one on Ebay with bids at $21 so maybe its worth more

If there's no damage other than the discoloration, I would say 25 range on eBay. The 1897 I sold in last months KSA sold for 15, with PVC, scratches and rim rings..
