Another New Find (for me) Any Thoughts Please

Mexico 1914 (small date brass KM# 626a????)

Ist time ever seeing yet finding one of these. Any thoughts on value?

Looking in the book. 2012 North American Coins and prices.

This looks like this is Mexico revolutionary coinage state of Durango. There are several versions of the coin. Lowest value in VG is $2, but another version shows $75. Looking I don't easily tell which version you have.

Seriously though. Pancho Villa, pictured above, was from Durango. This may be a piece of privately minted revolutionary coin.
Villa's success came from the fact that he was able to secure his fiat currency, which was as good as gold, at face value. He backed it up with real metal, mostly silver and copper.

Interesting piece.
