I'm always amazed at what people are running thru coin counters and coinstar machines...I never find anything but mutilated pieces of junk.

My kids look under the Coinstar for coins and have went as far as using a stick to get them.

If I tried that around here, there would probably be another murder by police.

When I was a boy we rented an apartment over the laundrymat. My parents got a reduction on the rent for cleaning it. I fondly remember laying on the floor many many times with a coat hanger fishing out all of the change from under the pop machine. That was the early 70's. Many of those coins were probably silver. If I had only known I might not have spent them all on Orange Crush.

I still glance under machines when I walk by them, but never see anyting.
