quickest way to remove motor from old kenmore dryer

A neighbor put an old Kenmore dryer at the curb. The model is 110.87371600. I want to pull out the electric motor. What's the quickest way to do it? I removed the back panel but could not see where the motor is, so I guess I'll have to take it apart some more. What do I need to remove before I can get to the motor? Is it hard to take the motor out? Thanks.

Most of the time you need to remove the front panel. Then the drum which is really just sitting there. (cut the belt) then you will see what you are looking for. Each one is a bit different, I never really kept track of the model #'s. Some are trickier than others!

A Sawzall, a chisel and a 5 pound hand sledge would probably be the quickest.
Taking of all the panels, removing the drum and unfastening the motor supports would probably leave the motor in a more usable condition.
