Do you ever check out trash dumpsters for companies? I've found lots of aluminum, brass and copper in and next to them over the years. I even found a very nice painting likely worth over $1,000 leaning up against a dumpster fairly recently.

Just to clarify- I don't get into the dumpsters, but there is OFTEN good stuff near the top that is easy to pull out.

I will ride by dumpsters and grab targets of opportunity.

Got a 1/4" socket for the tool box.
And I have been riding by a CVS pharmacy for years and never noticed the drive thru until a week ago. So many opportunities missed!
