I see light scratches and perhaps a scuff on his forehead which I presume are allowed at 67. But I also see a lot of what appear to be rim imperfections - those are allowed at 67?

Posted: Thu Dec 03, 2015 5:37 pmI think the scuffs on the head/cheeks would probably keep it from MS67 -- more likely MS66(?) But, maybe the grader had a really good breakfast, and the cute receptionist gave him a wink on his way in.
